As part of University Hospitals' three-year digital strategy, I was involved in the development of a mobile app to elevate the patient experience.

My team initiated UX planning for the app, including focus groups, wireframing, prototyping, and usability studies.

The app became a hub to manage family healthcare, providing families with access to medical records, health information, and quick care.
